Article 1: General

To prevent copyright infringement, we only send VIP after-party bonus materials and products to those who attend the class. These products are non-refundable and will not be sent in the event you do attend the class. If you are unable to attend, we will tansfer your purchase to the next available class of the same value, up to a maximum of three times, after which you will forfeit your purchased products. (This does not effect your statutory rights)

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the www.hippielife.co.uk or from The Safer Nature Revolution and HIPPIE Life UK

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Article 2: Placing Order

By placing an order for products through the service, either free or paid, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in GBP. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Article 4: Your information

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. This is covered by GDPR legislation. Please see our privacy and cookie policy.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products.

Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Article 6: Delivery

Delivery of digital after party items is made to the email address you specified when placing your order, within 48 hours of the event ending (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and remember to check spam and junk folders).

Delivery of physical postage items is only availiable in the UK and is made to the address you specified when placing your order, within one calender month of the event ending (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and your postcode).

We retain proof of shipping. Therefore, once items have left us, they become the responsibility of the courier service. In the case of lost or missing parcels, please contact the courier in the first instance. We will provide any information needed to do this. The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. Providing we have obtained proof of postage. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary to help you resolve the issue.

Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
